Born and raised in West Los Angeles. As a child my favorite thing to draw in school were big houses with many rooms, and a big family to fill up these rooms. At the time I didn’t realize the importance of being a home owner. As an adult I understand that purchasing property is not only a great way to grow your money and see a return on investment; it’s a retirement plan, its future financial freedom, it’s a way to ensure that you won’t be a burden on the next generation, and its a chance to keep your legacy alive. My love for selling Real Estate comes from beautiful homes, and the families I see in those homes. Homes are a place where new families are created. My fulfillment from Real Estate comes from helping people find their way home.
Coming to Los Angeles as an immigrant with her family at a very young age, her family worked hard to give her the best they could. With much hard work, she was accepted to USC getting her Masters in Social Work/Therapy. Her passion is working with and understanding people of all different cultures and traditions. She decided to take her career to the next level. As she and her family had the same experience, she wanted to help people grow, achieve, and accomplish one of the hardest and biggest decisions in life-Buying a home. She understands the emotional and psychological hardship of making a life decision. She has accumulated her love of therapy and real estate together … therefore she’s been named the ‘Real Estate Therapist.’
Julissa, a licensed REALTOR® since 2008 has always admired all the different types of architecture throughout Los Angeles County. The neighborhoods full of diversity and the separate pockets with many hidden gems. She has been a full time REALTOR® since joining Keller Williams Brentwood.
She brings her experience in management and customer service as well as excellent organization, attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure clients are treated with the best care. Julissa continues studying the real estate market, economy and local news to stay abreast of the current market conditions.
When not actively engaged in her business she enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, the beach, cooking and entertaining in addition to music, concerts and the theater.
Julissa’s dedication to helping others extends to donating a portion of every sale to charities including Union Rescue Mission, Compassion International and World Vision which she volunteers at and supports through child sponsorships.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Rosalie graduated second highest in her class at USC with a triple major in biology, psychology & music. She was then recruited by one of the largest entertainment & hospitality companies in the world – sbe- where she broke the individual sales record her second year there, bringing in $3 million in sales. Rosalie rented homes ranging up to $250,000 a month to high end clientele, which included many celebrities and pro athletes all around the world.
Rosalie worked at sbe for 10 years and moved onto opening her first online company, operating her own factories in Colombia, manufacturing & selling women’s beauty and health products globally. Her company grossed over 1 million dollars in sales the first year. Rosalie decided to officially take her sales talent and passion into real estate. She constantly thrives to provide the best quality of customer service and loyalty to her clients – she is not happy unless they are happy!
Born and raised in Chicago’s south suburbs, Bob takes his positive Midwest hospitality and work ethics, and brings them into the southern California real estate market. After attending South Suburban College, in Chicago’s south side in 1995, then continued training with Graceland University’s Skillpath Business Program, Bob has accumulated over two decades of proven sales experience. Bob has spent years working as a regional sales trainer for ADT Fire and Security, then years as a sales analyst for Coca-Cola Enterprises, and over 10 years as a Series 3 licensed commodities broker and a member of the National Futures Association.
Bob has been a resident of Los Angeles since 2005. He studied Real Estate, at UCLA in 2009, and has been focused on the business and study of Southern California real estate for many years.
